How to make the icons as thumbnails?

 How to make the icons as thumbnails?

Intially if files are shown with thumbnails, it will be like this..

So if u want to make the files view as thumbnails ..like below

• First click on options under the view tab as shown in below figure

• Remove the tick for the "Always show icons,never thumbnails". click on "Apply to folders " and click on "ok".

• Now every file is visible with the thumbnail.
